Its very hard to find more information, especially when you don’t speak french, but I need to share the stunning and colourful works of Yveline Tropea. The strange, sometimes frightening embroidered faces reminds me on the visual style of ceremonial rituals of Latin America. A mix of a medical, graphic and quite fashionable imagery comes together in an old and ethnic technique… Really beautiful!
