Now showing in Berlin at Jiri Svestka, ‘Relics of the Afterfuture’ by Ioana Nemes. Beautiful works decorated with traditional motives with traditional techniques from historical objects from different parts of Romania, brought back in a new light and in a new story… ‘What we have is no longer history but rather the fragments of such, cut off and fashioned to serve the new politics of information and development.
